Before Construction
In order to maximize existing space and create a more functional layout, the wall separating the dining room and kitchen were removed and the line of cabinets was expanded to give more space for base cabinets. A new enlarged fireplace was installed in the living room and custom built-in shelves were added. The master bathroom layout was changed to provide more space for a free-standing bathtub and enlarged shower. Painting throughout the house was completed with high reflective paint that visually expands space.
Installation of hardwood on ground floor, new kitchen, backsplash, custom fireplace finish and shelves around, potlights and electrical, plumbing, quartz counter top, trimwork.
At two bathrooms and powder room – different sizes of tiles and mosaic, bathtub, vanity, toilet, pedestal sink, glass shower panel, new plumbing fixtures, wall paper, pot lights and other finishes.
