In order to maximize existing space and create a more functional layout, the wall separating the dining room and kitchen were removed and the line of cabinets was expanded to give more space for base cabinets. A new enlarged fireplace was installed in the living room and custom built-in shelves were added. The master bathroom layout was changed to provide more space for a free-standing bathtub and enlarged shower. Painting throughout the house was completed with high reflective paint that visually expands space.
